Sundial Townhomes Homeowners Association, Inc. is a non-profit Colorado Corporation, managed by Balanced Bookkeeping and Community Association Management. The Association dues "assessments" are $266.00 per home, per month. All homes pay the same dues amount. Dues are payable on the first of each month and are considered late if received after the 10th of each month, where a $50.00 late fee is imposed. The Association's Fiscal year runs January to December. Board meetings are monthly. If you would like to attend a meeting please call Balanced Bookkeeeping (593-9811) to verify meeting time/date and to be placed on the agenda.
